[Remote] Appointment Setter (Enrollment Specialist)

The Appointment Setter (Enrollment Specialist) will be responsible for generating and qualifying opportunities, and booking sales calls for Account Executives, playing a critical role in driving pipeline and revenue.ResponsibilitiesEngage inbound and outbound leads to qualify opportunitiesBook ~100 calls/month (4–5 per day)Drive 15+ qualified closed sets/monthEnsure smooth handoff to closers with detailed notesMaintain 70%+ show rate and 25%+ close rateExecute structured follow-ups (email, SMS, Loom, etc.)Re-engage warm leads and prioritize high-intent prospectsTrack all activity, notes, and outcomes in CRM (Close.io or similar)Maintain pipeline hygiene and complete daily reportingFollow and improve scripts, messaging, and outreach frameworksParticipate in daily huddles, training, and coaching sessionsCollaborate with closers and marketing on lead quality and performanceContribute to SOPs and share insights on objections, trends, and lead qualitySkills1–3+ years in appointment setting, SDR, or sales developmentMinimum 1+ year of Amazon experience (required)Strong charisma and confidence on callsFluent English with strong communication skillsOrganized with strong CRM disciplineExperience in high-ticket or service-based sales preferredNorth America or UK preferred (or willing to work US hours)BenefitsFully remote work environmentFast-paced, high-performance cultureClear expectations and accountabilityProven systems, scripts, and trainingCareer path to: Senior Setter, Closer, Sales LeadershipCompany OverviewFounded by a fellow brand owner and scientist, Sophie Society takes a truth-finding approach to discovering what works on Amazon today.
