[Remote] Appointment Setter

They are looking for a Remote Appointment Setter to manage inbound inquiries, qualify parents' needs, and schedule tours for their clients' childcare centers. Responsibilities Respond to new inquiries within 5 minutes during working hours Call, text, and email families to schedule tours at our clientsβ early learning centers Use scripts and training to ensure consistent and caring communication Keep accurate records in CRM systems (Google Sheets, ClickUp, GoHighLevel, etc.) Send confirmations and follow-ups to ensure parents show up for their scheduled tours Communicate regularly with your team and manager about performance and client updates Participate in team training, coaching calls, and roleplay sessions to sharpen your skills Skills Fluent in English (written and spoken) Strong, stable internet connection and quiet workspace Availability during U.S. business hours (flexibility by time zone) Previous experience in appointment setting, call center, or enrollment/admissions preferred Experience with early childhood education or family-facing services a plus Benefits 100% remote position β work from anywhere.
