Remote Appointment Closer (Work From Home | Commission-Based)
Job Description:
HYPER, the most trusted name in air duct cleaning and indoor air quality (as seen on Fox 2 News), is looking for a remote appointment closer to join our fast-growing team. This is not your typical scheduler role — we want a motivated, aggressive closer who knows how to follow up and convert warm leads into scheduled in-home inspections.
You’ll be setting up appointments for $225 in-home inspections (no cold calling — all inbound leads), and we’ll pay you $50 per confirmed appointment. Your goal is to get us in the door — we’ll take it from there.
What You’ll Do:
• Follow up with warm leads via call, text, and email
• Close appointments for in-home inspections
• Maintain accurate notes and lead updates in our CRM
• Hit weekly/monthly close goals
• Work independently from your own home
Compensation:
• $50 per closed appointment
• Monthly bonus opportunities for consistent closers
Schedule & Availability:
• This is a work from home position
• You must be available to work leads and respond to clients between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST), Monday through Friday
• Flexible hours within that window, but consistent availability is required for follow-ups and lead responsiveness
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous sales, closing, or appointment-setting experience
• Self-motivated, hungry, and driven to succeed
• Professional phone presence and strong communication skills
• Tech-savvy enough to use basic CRM tools (we’ll train the right person)
• Must be based in the U.S.
