The AI Solutions Analyst will drive initiatives by identifying opportunities, architecting solutions, and implementing AI technologies to improve legal operations.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate directly with legal teams to identify inefficiencies and translate them into scalable AI-driven solutionsDesign and develop applications leveraging foundation models, ranging from conversational tools to advanced document automation platformsBuild and deploy multi-step, autonomous workflows that streamline legal and business processes through system integrationsCraft and refine prompts to create highly customized, domain-specific AI outputsConnect AI tools with internal systems such as Microsoft 365, document management platforms, and enterprise data environmentsFacilitate iterative design cycles by gathering user feedback, refining solutions, and maintaining clear documentationStay current with advancements in large language models and emerging AI technologies, recommending practical applications for the firmSkillsMinimum of 3 years of experience delivering software or technical solutions in roles such as business analysis, product, or solutions engineeringExposure to legal processes or systems (e.g., matter lifecycle, knowledge systems, client service delivery)Practical experience working with AI tools or building AI-driven solutions (professional or personal projects)Strong ability to design and optimize prompts within at least one major AI platformExperience integrating systems via APIs (REST/JSON), ideally within cloud environments such as AzureExcellent communication skills, including the ability to explain AI behavior and concepts to non-technical stakeholdersBachelor's degree in a technical or related field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems) or equivalent experienceExperience with autonomous agent frameworks or orchestration of multi-step AI processesFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools and automation platformsUnderstanding of ethical and responsible AI considerationsCompany OverviewSNI Technology is a staffing and recruiting company that provides database administration and technical placement services.
