[Remote] Application & Sales Engineer - Screening Business Line

They are seeking an Application & Sales Engineer for their Screening Business Line to support equipment projects across North America, manage the application process, and ensure customer satisfaction through technical expertise and coordination with stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication with dealers and customers regarding screening equipmentManage the application process from RFQ receipt through internal review to final communication of solutionsProvide technical support for capital screening equipment and feeders, ensuring correct selection and application suitabilityCoordinate workflows and information flow across Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain teamsMaintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders regarding timelines, scope, and expectationsSupport spare parts and aftermarket activities, including stocking evaluations, parts selection, and availability coordinationWork cross-functionally to ensure smooth project execution from inquiry through deliverySupport the Aggregates business across the USA and CanadaSkillsStrong technical background with hands-on experience in screening equipment and feedersSolid understanding of aggregates industry applications and material processing workflowsExcellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, dealers, and internal teamsHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple RFQs and projects simultaneouslyComfortable working cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, and aftermarket teamsCustomer-focused mindset with the ability to balance technical accuracy and commercial prioritiesStrong coordination and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environmentExperience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)Exposure to aftermarket support, spare parts planning, or inventory coordinationCompany OverviewMetso innovates in sustainable technologies, end-to-end solutions, and services for the aggregates, minerals processing, and metal refining.
