[Remote] Application Product Analyst/Tester

They are seeking a skilled Application Product Analyst/Tester to handle testing applications related to Child Welfare and other assistance programs, including the creation of test plans and collaboration with development teams. Responsibilities • Play critical role in testing products to verify against specifications and validating product feature concepts for future and current requirements using manual testing processes and automated regression testing suites • Write master data test plans • Write scripts for automated regression testing • Write scripts and procedures to help create and maintain testing data / regions • Maintain documentation in study library or tools provided for knowledge management and future benchmarking • Maintain comprehensive documentation in designated knowledge management tools or study libraries for future reference and benchmarking • Serve as a resource and active participant in business process redesign initiatives; assist stakeholders in evaluating how system enhancements can improve process flow and business functionality • Perform various types of testing, including user acceptance, functional, regression, and usability testing • Assess not only technology changes but also associated process and role modifications • Validate "to-be” processes during documentation updates and ensure accurate reflection of business process changes • Interpret business requirements and system documentation; contribute to end-user documentation and knowledge libraries • Collaborate with system development and client-facing teams to clarify requirements and translate them into actionable product features • Work closely with quality assurance and development teams to ensure accurate migration of changes into production environments • Engage with technical teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) to clarify and refine business requirements Skills • Experience working on multi-million-dollar projects in large enterprises environment – Required 5 years • Experience writing master data test plans – Required 5 years • Ability to review both business and technical documentation – Required 5 Years • Ability to independently schedule UAT tasks and risk-based testing – Required 5 Years • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio. etc. – Required 5 Years • Extracting & doc Bus Rules embedded in third party utilities, & other data manipulation products; in both business & functional aspects of Bus rules. – Required 5 Years • Create a document describing the data transformation for every data element over a specific period (daily, weekly, monthly). – Required 5 Years • Accurately prepare written correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective, professional and engaging. – Required 5 Years • Demonstrated ability of high levels of interpersonal and communication skills. – Required 5 Years • Demonstrated ability of self-motivation, self-direction, and able to work with little or no supervision. – Required 5 Years • Demonstrated ability to effectively use third party tools and system utilities. – Required 3 Years • Visualize and Propose solutions that cross multiple platforms – Required 3 Years • Play a critical role in testing products to ensure compliance with specifications and validate feature concepts for current and future requirements using both manual testing processes and automated regression testing suites. **5 Years** • Develop and maintain scripts for automated regression testing. **5 Years** • Create and maintain scripts and procedures for generating and managing test data and environments. **5 Years** • Maintain comprehensive documentation in designated knowledge management tools or study libraries for future reference and benchmarking. **5 Years** • Serve as a resource and active participant in business process redesign initiatives; assist stakeholders in evaluating how system enhancements can Improve process flow and business functionality. **5 Years** • Perform various types of testing, including user acceptance, functional, regression, and usability testing. **5 Years** • Assess not only technology changes but also associated process and role modifications. **5 Years** • Validate 'to-be' processes during documentation updates and ensure accurate reflection of business process changes. **5 Years** • Interpret business requirements and system documentation; contribute to end-user documentation and knowledge libraries. **5 Years** • Collaborate with system development and client-facing teams to clarify requirements and translate them into actionable product features. **5 Years** • Work closely with quality assurance and development teams to ensure accurate migration of changes into production environments. **5 Years** • Engage with technical teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) to clarify and refine business requirements **5 Years** Company Overview • Innovative IT Solutions Built for Your Business.
