Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Apple Education Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will help educators and students leverage Apple products for improved teaching and learning experiences. You will work closely with educators to develop strategies for integrating Apple technology into the classroom, provide training and support, and create resources to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

– Work closely with educators to identify their needs and develop strategies for integrating Apple technology into their teaching

– Provide online training sessions to teachers on how to leverage Apple technology for teaching and learning

– Develop and maintain resources, including guides, lesson plans, and tutorials, to support educators in using Apple technology

– Keep up-to-date with the latest Apple products and education technology trends

– Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for expanding the use of Apple technology in schools

– Provide technical support to educators and students using Apple products.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Technology, or a related field

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in an educational technology role

– Experience in using and supporting Apple products (Mac, iPad, iPhone) and services (iCloud, iTunes U)

– Excellent oral and written communication skills

– Excellent facilitation and presentation skills

– Familiarity with online teaching tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

– Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think creatively

– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects

– Demonstrate a passion for education and technology.
