Job Summary:
Deliver outstanding customer training and support as an instructor and facilitator
Utilize your presentation skills to guide small groups and individuals in learning and setup
Listen actively and adapt your teaching style to each user's skill level and goals

Responsibilities:
Lead scheduled training sessions and interact with customers between sessions
Provide personalized support and guidance to customers
Recommend in-store support options, such as business services and the Genius Bar
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Adhere to a structured training schedule and be flexible with your work hours
Preferred Qualifications:
Passion for education and ability to instruct through hands-on learning
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to work with diverse customers and team members
Self-motivated and self-directed, with a strong work ethic
Comfortable with selling and teaching, with a focus on customer satisfaction
