[Remote] App, Performance Marketing Analyst

The role of App Performance Marketing Analyst involves managing performance marketing accounts for app clients, executing media planning, and analyzing campaign data to drive user acquisition strategies.ResponsibilitiesOwn performance marketing account management for app clientsExecute media planning confidently across paid social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) and paid search (ASA, Google UAC) channelsOrchestrate creative production and manage the end-to-end flow until assets are launched in ad accountsOwn, ideate, and iterate on creative testing frameworks tailored to each app’s contextEngage in internal & external communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present campaign reports to stakeholders and clientsAnalyze campaign data using strong analytical skills and derive actionable insights to improve performanceContribute to growth marketing discussions on LTV/CAC, payback periods, MRR/ARR, run rates, and moreUse MMPs and analytics dashboards for reporting, and collaborate with the Valid product team on data management best practicesConduct A/B & multivariate testing to improve performance and generate insightsSkills2–3 years of growth marketing or user acquisition experience1–2 years of app performance marketing experience, primarily paid social UA (this will be tested)Hands-on experience with MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, Branch, Kochava, or AirBridgeProficient in iOS app attribution and well-versed in SKAdNetwork, ATT, and probabilistic attribution (this will be tested)Strong familiarity with paid media campaigns specific to apps: Meta AEM, TikTok ADC, Google UACTrack record of managing iOS app campaigns that optimize for CPA, ROAS, and LTVAble to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentIndustry Expertise: Actively learns and shares new industry insightsExperience with consumer subscription appsFreemium model familiarity for subscription appsUnderstanding of user onboarding flows and paywall testingAdaptability to platform changes, including iOS and social media algorithmsBenefitsWork on a global team with flexibility and a collaborative startup cultureAnnual company offsite - we gather in a new location each year to connect and celebrateBenefits: 401k, healthcare, FSA, lunch (for in-person days)Company OverviewThe AI-enabled ad agency.
