Alder is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Graphic Designer to support a portfolio of 15+ restaurant brands on a part-time basis. The role involves managing multiple projects, executing a high volume of edits with precision, and creating marketing collateral while adhering to established brand standards.ResponsibilitiesEdit and maintain menus, promotional materials, signage, printed collateral, and digital assets for 15+ restaurant conceptsExecute a high volume of revisions ranging from minor text updates to major document changesEnsure accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance across all materialsPrepare print-ready files and maintain organized production workflowsUpdate and create marketing assets in Canva using established templates and style guidesCollaborate with marketing, operations, culinary, and restaurant teams to implement requested changesManage multiple concurrent projects, deadlines, and stakeholder requestsMaintain organized file structures and version control across numerous brands and assetsIdentify and correct errors before final production and distributionSkillsProficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and CanvaStrong production design and document-editing experienceExceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to manage large volumes of edits across multiple projects and brandsHighly organized with excellent time management skillsComfortable working independently with minimal supervisionFlexible and adaptable in a dynamic, deadline-driven environmentStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsExperience working with brand standards, templates, and style guidesRestaurant, hospitality, food & beverage, or multi-location brand experience is a plusCompany OverviewAlder provides expert, hands-on support for families addressing the complexities of aging.
