Ding A Ling Answering Service is a fast growing, family owned and operated telephone answering service that has been around for 50 years.

We are looking for telephone agents with excellent customer service skills, a friendly personality and great communication skills, that can keep up with the high volume of calls.

• Telephone agents are assigned a phone station where they stay connected throughout their shift taking calls as they come.
• We answer calls for a variety of businesses and professional clients all over the county, taking and relaying their messages, performing intake for new clients, booking appointments, and transferring calls.
• We do not make cold calls!

Hours: F/T Flexible Daytime, Evening (Preferred), and Weekend (Must)

Requirements:
• Reliable strong high-speed internet connection.
• Personal computer (Must be hardwired)
• Strong typing and proper grammar skills
• Can work flexible hours in a quiet remote setting
• Must have Telephone Customer Service experience
