We are looking for telephone agents with excellent customer service skills, a friendly personality and great communication skills, that can keep up with the high volume of calls.

Ā Telephone agents are assigned a phone station where they stay connected throughout their shift taking calls as they come.
Ā We answer calls for a variety of businesses and professional clients all over the county, taking and relaying their messages, performing intake for new clients, booking appointments, and transferring calls.
Ā We do not make cold calls!
Hours: F/T Flexible Daytime, Evening (Preferred), and Weekend (Must)
Requirements:
Ā Reliable strong high-speed internet connection.
Ā Personal computer (Must be hardwired)
Ā Strong typing and proper... grammar skills
Ā Can work flexible hours in a quiet remote setting
Ā Must have Telephone Customer Service experience
