They are seeking an Analytics Developer 2 to provide moderately complex database analytics and reporting services, gathering data from multiple sources to create metrics that improve clinical and operational performance.ResponsibilitiesGather and document data requirements from customers. Examine and translate requirements into technical specifications, process and workflowsAssess, produce, or develop moderately complex information from various data sources. This includes reports, dashboards, interactive reporting, charts, graphs, and tables. Query data and generate the associated output. Distribute reports to agencies, researchers, management, and other customersExamines and validates output and metrics to ensure data quality, reliability and integrityDocument project work assignments to include all needed technical documentation. This includes source to target mappings, data sources, definitions, methodologies, contact information, and output requirements. Include other information to ensure continuity of the processInterprets data and deliverables like reports, dashboards, charts, graphs, and tables in plain business language for executive and clinical staff. Summarizes information effectively and creates digestible content by selecting suitable visualizationsDevelops research from data to evaluate performance and drive business and clinical initiatives.
