They are seeking an Analytics Consultant who will be responsible for realizing digital channel strategy, providing guidance, and driving value as a trusted advisor to enterprise-level clients. The role requires a business-minded and data-driven consultant to fuel the company's analytics capabilities and enhance customer experiences.ResponsibilitiesEnterprise client and partner leadership (above the project and program level) including Steering Committee representationResponsible for identifying KPI’s, success factors and growing the businessAccountable for discovering, sourcing and analyzing customer digital channel visions (how it would connect back to their experience within “Analytics” systemsWorks with product teams to shape the strategy and capabilities for key digital consulting engagements, supporting the evolution of the product and delivery roadmapLead and co-deliver strategy consulting engagements (i.e. digital transformation, customer journey, digital marketing, etc.)Establishes cross-functional operation. Builds support and alignment across a wide range of stakeholders, creates a strong network of relationships among peers, partners, decision makers and stakeholdersAnticipate problems and recommend innovative solutions.
