[Remote] Analytics Consultant

They are seeking an Analytics Consultant for their Pharmacy & Analytics Division, where the candidate will support analytics workflows, build dashboards, and deliver data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders. Responsibilities • SQL Data Development: Build, optimize, and manage complex SQL queries and data pipelines; success looks like reliable, efficient datasets that power analytics and reporting • Dashboarding & Insights: Create dashboards, visualizations, and presentations that clearly communicate insights; success is measured by stakeholder comprehension and actionability • Operational & Financial Analysis: Conduct analyses tied to operational performance, P&L impacts, and profitability; success is producing accurate, timely insights informing business decisions • Python & Streamlit Prototyping: Develop lightweight analytics tools or prototypes to accelerate data exploration; success means delivering usable, scalable tools • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business, finance, and technical teams to define requirements and solve data challenges; success is strong alignment and improved reporting workflows Skills • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience considered • 5+ years in analytics, business intelligence, or financial data roles, ideally within financial services or healthcare • SQL (advanced; non-negotiable) • Python • PowerPoint (executive storytelling) • Streamlit • Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L, contribution margin • Data storytelling and problem-solving skills • Must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and supporting multiple concurrent business partners • Experience within healthcare or pharmacy analytics • Background in financial modeling or forecasting • Prior consulting experience Benefits • Competitive Salary • Health & Wellness: Access to company health programs and resources • Work-Life Balance: Fully remote role; flexible working hours • Professional Development: Opportunities to work with modern analytics tools and enterprise-scale datasets • Additional Perks: Collaborative culture, mission-driven work, and impactful projects Company Overview • Burtch Works is an executive recruiting firm.
