[Remote] Analyst/Associate

The role involves developing financial models, supporting financing processes, and collaborating with various teams to analyze investments and market trends.ResponsibilitiesTake responsibility for development and management of financial models and valuation analysis in support of potential transactions and investment opportunitiesSupport in all aspects of financing processes included due diligence, project management, data room management, financial analysis, legal negotiations and preparation of materialsWork closely with the Development and Finance teams to perform detailed financial analysis on new developments as well as existing portfolio assetsProduction of presentation material for senior management, board members, investors, lenders and joint venture partnersAssist with commercial negotiation of legal contracts for transactionsResearch and analysis of market trends and sector / asset valuationsSupport in business strategy and individual project deliveryProvide analysis for commercial negotiations with strategic partners or customersSkillsAt least 2 years of experience for Analyst or 3 years of experience for Associate in Banking, Finance, Accounting or Real Estate with a focus on investments / transactionsDegree in areas such as Finance / Accounting / Economics / Engineering / MathsExcellent quantitative and analytical skills, proficient with Microsoft excelExperience in financial modelling and investment appraisals. Ability to present results internally to team membersStrong presentation skills and the ability to articulate support for strategic recommendationsDesire to learn about the dynamics and trends of digital infrastructureFlexible & dynamic - self-motivated, results driven, ability to deal with changeHighly organised and structured, logical and lateral thinkerTeam player, with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and add valueExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishKnowledge of data centers / infrastructure / real estate investment process preferred but not mandatoryCompany OverviewYondr Group is a developer, owner operator and service provider of data centers.
