The Analyst, Sustainability Programs will support the execution of customer-driven conservation projects by coordinating activities, managing data, and developing project deliverables to promote sustainability solutions in the dairy sector.ResponsibilitiesSupport execution of farm-level environmental programs (e.g., RCPP, DFA AMP, and related initiatives), including scheduling farm calls, coordinating assessments, tracking participation, and ensuring all activities align with program workplans and deliverables. Provide logistical and administrative support to maintain smooth execution of field-level and farmer-facing activitiesSupport development of sustainability reports and program deliverables by preparing first-draft inputs, organizing farm-level data, compiling survey and assessment results, and formatting materials to support analysis and reporting. Assist with on-farm sustainability assessments and preparation of recurring program inputs and data summariesSupport updates to Newtrient’s Solutions Catalog and related sustainability resources by organizing technology evaluation inputs, maintaining documentation, and preparing structured summaries of on-farm practices and solutions to support internal review and farmer-facing materialsCoordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver materials for sustainability presentations and meetingsProvide coordination support across Newtrient-led projects by tracking tasks, maintaining project documentation, supporting workflow organization, and assisting with cross-team communication to ensure timely execution of deliverablesSupport routine updates to Newtrient communications channels, including assisting with website updates, document management, and drafting or formatting contributions to Newtrient News and related communications materials as directedSkillsBachelor's degree required, preferably in environmental science, agriculture, sustainability, data analytics, or a related field0–2+ years of relevant experience in sustainability, agriculture, environmental programs, data analysis, or project coordination preferredAbility to work effectively with a team of cross-functional experts in multiple locationsStrong analytical and writing skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteDetail-oriented with strong sense of commitment, willingness to learn more, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven team environment; strong alignment with agricultural and farmer-facing workExposure to or interest in dairy systems, agricultural sustainability, or environmental performance tracking is highly desirableBenefitsCompetitive compensationGenerous benefits to help our employees balance their work and personal livesComprehensive health and welfare plans offer medical, dental, vision, legal, paid parental leave, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability and flexible spending accounts (health care, dependent care, transit and parking)401k provides up to a 10% match and includes a Roth accountCompany OverviewDairy Management Inc.™ (DMI) is funded by America’s 29,000 dairy farmers, as well as dairy importers.
