Key Responsibilities:
Identify business intelligence and analytical needs
Assess report results to provide insights and recommendations
Develop reports for senior management on lending and product management
Perform monthly and quarterly ad-hoc analyses and reports
Conduct competitive analysis for lending products and services
Develop departmental budgets and monitor monthly expenses
Create exception reporting tools to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance
Collaborate with the Data Analysis team to identify process improvements
Lead product development or product enhancement projects
Work in a team environment and advocate for employees and customers
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
3+ years of experience in a similar or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of American Airlines Credit Union systems, databases, and processes
Ability to maintain and create databases, import data, and manage connections
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize work effectively
