[Remote] Analyst, IT Governance

Navitus Health Solutions is dedicated to making medications more affordable and is seeking an Analyst, IT Governance to join their team. The role involves developing and maintaining IT policies and procedures in alignment with ITIL best practices while working with various stakeholders to enhance IT governance processes and controls. Responsibilities Ensure all environments are managed and maintained to meet service level agreements Evaluate effectiveness of IT controls to ensure they adequately mitigate risks and comply with requirements This includes controls related to access management, change management, incident response and service management Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IT governance processes and controls to provide recommendations to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance Identify and recommend process improvements to promptly resolve reoccurring problems with technical and business leads Report barriers to resolution of Incidents, Service Requests, Problem Management, Change Management by identifying and addressing underlying problems with technical and business leads Participate in incident response activities by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and holding corrective actions reviews to prevent future occurrences Participating in the change management process by assessing the impact of proposed changes on IT governance policies, procedures and controls ensuring that changes are implemented in a controlled manner Develop, maintain, lead and communicate Major Incident Management processes, and delivery Other duties as assigned Skills Associate's degree in the field of computer science or equivalent work experience required 1-3 years technical experience in the field of information technology or computer science Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities Proven techniques in Business Process Mapping Experience working with business subject matter experts eliciting process details and work instructions Demonstrable experience in requirements gathering and documentation Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Knowledge of ITIL framework Knowledge of Agile framework Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees ITIL Certification preferred Experience leading a team of analysts managing an Enterprise Service Suite Benefits Top of the industry benefits for Health, Dental, and Vision insurance 20 days paid time off 4 weeks paid parental leave 9 paid holidays 401K company match of up to 5% - No vesting requirement Adoption Assistance Program Flexible Spending Account Educational Assistance Plan and Professional Membership assistance Referral Bonus Program – up to $750!
