Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team at American Express. As a Live Chat Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and accurately capturing business needs. This is a remote, full-time/part-time opportunity that offers a competitive hourly rate of $35-$60 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with utility teams to outline, body, and capture commercial enterprise needs
Grow information of voice of the customer methods and leverage the same to define and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform
Design and build robust data model architecture to aid most fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions
Deliver innovative solutions using big data and batch/real-time analytical answers, ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing
Offer guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystem
Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve best practices and efficiency
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles preferred
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating online systems
Flexible availability to work varying shifts as needed
Hands-on development experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting Languages, and development launch management
