Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Empathetic and patient attitude with a passion for helping others.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and multitask effectively.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
