Responsibilities:
Daily account management, including monitoring metrics, handling appeals, and coordinating with seller support
Product listing creation and optimization, including editing product images using Photoshop
Customer service and feedback management, including responding to customer inquiries and managing reviews
Account protection and growth strategies, including monitoring policy changes and implementing review generation strategies
Requirements:
Intermediate to expert-level experience in managing Amazon and Walmart Seller Central accounts
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Familiarity with claims management, seller support, customer service, and Photoshop
Fluent in conversational and written English
Experience with inventory/order management tools and databases
Preferred Experience:
Competitor research and pricing strategy
Basic Amazon PPC or promotional campaign experience
Experience managing product review generation strategies
