[Remote] Amazon Marketplace Growth Lead

Zazu Digital Talent is partnering with a high growth ecommerce brand in the home textiles category to appoint a senior Amazon Marketplace Growth Lead. The role involves taking full responsibility for Amazon performance across a large catalogue, driving revenue growth, and managing operational excellence within Seller Central.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Driving top line revenue growth while protecting contribution margin
ā¢ Structuring and optimising PPC to improve TACOS and profitability
ā¢ Strengthening organic ranking across core category keywords
ā¢ Managing complex parent child variation families and virtual bundles
ā¢ Executing flat file catalogue updates at scale
ā¢ Maintaining account health and operational excellence within Seller Central
ā¢ Aligning FBA inventory planning with demand forecasts
ā¢ Delivering structured reporting with clear commercial insight
Skills
ā¢ 3 to 5 years managing Amazon US accounts at scale
ā¢ Experience overseeing large catalogues of 1000 plus SKUs
ā¢ A track record of increasing revenue and improving profitability
ā¢ Deep working knowledge of Seller Central and flat files
ā¢ Strong PPC campaign architecture and bid strategy expertise
ā¢ Advanced keyword research and organic ranking strategy capability
ā¢ Proficiency with Helium 10, Data Dive, and advanced Excel modelling
ā¢ Experience improving conversion through listing copy and image optimisation
ā¢ Confidence resolving listing suppressions and indexation issues
