Accion Labs is seeking an Amazon Connect Voice Engineer to design, develop, and implement solutions using Amazon Connect for contact center operations. The role involves configuring voice workflows, developing backend services, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create scalable voice solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement solutions using Amazon Connect for contact center operationsConfigure and manage voice workflows, call routing, IVR systems, and integrationDevelop and maintain backend services and integrations using JavaCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable voice solutionsIntegrate Amazon Connect with external systems (CRM, APIs, databases)Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to voice infrastructure and contact center operationsOptimize system performance, call flows, and customer experienceEnsure high availability, security, and compliance of voice systemsSupport deployment, testing, and production releaseSkillsStrong experience with Amazon Connect (contact flows, routing, integrations)Solid understanding of voice engineering concepts (IVR, SIP, telephony systems, call routing)Proficiency in Java development (Spring Boot or similar frameworks preferred)Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architectureExperience integrating voice platforms with CRM or third-party systemsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesCompany OverviewAccion Labs is a global services technology firm focused on building and transforming software products through emerging technologies.
