[Remote] Amazon Connect Developer

Responsibilities • Deploy and configure Amazon Connect instances • Develop contact flows, IVR scripts, and routing logic • Integrate with banking systems (CRM, authentication, databases) • Implement security best practices (IAM, KMS, VPC) • Troubleshoot and optimize performance. Skills • Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect deployment, scripting, and integrations. • Strong understanding of AWS cloud security and compliance standards in banking. • Familiarity with contact center best practices and IVR development. • AWS certifications are preferred.
