InterSources Inc is seeking an experienced Tableau and Alteryx Administrator to manage, support, and optimize their analytics platform environment. The role involves platform administration, performance tuning, automation, security, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of Tableau and Alteryx Server environments.ResponsibilitiesManage, support, and optimize our analytics platform environmentPlatform administrationPerformance tuningAutomationSecurityEnsuring the reliability and scalability of Tableau and Alteryx Server environmentsSkillsHands-on administration of Tableau Server and Alteryx Server, including installation, upgrades, backups, disaster recovery, security, APIs, automation, and firewall configurationExperience with authentication and identity management (SAML, Active Directory, SSO)Strong networking knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot server, application, and user access issuesProven experience resolving Tableau and Alteryx performance issues, including dashboard and workflow optimizationWorking knowledge of Windows and Linux server environmentsScripting and automation experience with PowerShell and PythonExperience managing SSL/TLS certificates for Tableau and Alteryx platformsAbility to participate in 24/7 production support and on-call rotationsAWS experience, including EC2, VPCs, networking, and certificate managementFamiliarity with GitLab and CI/CD pipelinesExperience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)Company OverviewInterSources Inc. solves operational problems where protection, performance, compliance, AI, and workforce capability must work together.
