[Remote] Alteryx Data Engineer

Holistic Partners, Inc is seeking an experienced Alteryx Data Engineer to support a large-scale CRM-to-Salesforce data migration initiative. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing Alteryx workflows for data extraction, transformation, and loading processes while collaborating with project teams to enhance data pipelines.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and understand existing SQL logic, data models, and workflows for enhancements and optimizationDesign, develop, and maintain Alteryx workflows for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT)Build dynamic input processes utilizing Salesforce Data Loader or equivalent connectorsDevelop and maintain success/error logging and validation processes for data migration activitiesTest, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows to ensure data quality and performanceCollaborate with Data Engineers and project teams to explore workflow parallelization and automation opportunitiesSupport and enhance data pipelines that cleanse, transform, and map data between source and target systemsDocument development efforts and track project work using Jira and ConfluenceParticipate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetingsSkills8+ years of enterprise SQL data development experienceAdvanced expertise with Alteryx Designer for source-to-target data transformationStrong experience with CRM and database systems, including SQL ServerAdvanced T-SQL scripting, query optimization, and performance tuning skillsExperience designing and supporting ETL/ELT workflows and data migration projectsStrong understanding of data quality, validation, and transformation techniquesProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteExperience using Atlassian tools such as Jira and ConfluenceStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience with Salesforce data migration projectsFamiliarity with Salesforce Data Loader, Salesforce connectors, or equivalent integration toolsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsKnowledge of workflow automation and parallel processing techniquesExperience supporting enterprise-scale data integration initiativesBenefitsFully RemoteContractMOI: VideoType: W2Company OverviewThe Holistic Partners is the premier technical staffing firm head quartered in the MA.
