[Remote] Allied Travel Clinician Recruiter

They are looking to hire two Allied Travel Clinician Recruiters, also known as Allied Advocates, who will educate and develop relationships with clinicians to facilitate their placement in suitable opportunities. This role involves sourcing and managing clinician placements while ensuring an exceptional working experience for them.ResponsibilitiesIndependently source and place allied clinicians onto travel assignmentsIndependently manage a working staff portfolio delivering a supportive and exceptional working experience to your clinicians and meaningfully contributing to Trusted growth and revenue targetsUtilize independent insight and discretion when conducting multiple intake calls daily with new job seekers coming into the Trusted platform. Demonstrate proficiency in gathering detailed information on their goals, desires and constraints in order to identify and pitch them on relevant opportunities across the thousands of jobs that we have within our marketplaceDraw from prior experience and exercise judgment to evaluate a clinician’s qualifications and suitability for placementMaintain a high level of proficiency in the systems, processes and tools that we use at Trusted to engage with job seekers, identify relevant opportunities, pitch and submit job seekers to new opportunities and manage the end-to-end job search workflowsContribute to the team culture in a positive way and regularly surface feedback in a productive manner that has an impact on the growth and success of the organizationOther duties include emergency phone line coverage, 1 week-long shift per yearSkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredAt least 1 year of experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting or a revenue generating role is requiredDemonstrable proficiency with modern business software tools and technologiesAA/AS or BA/BS Degree2+ years of experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting or a revenue generating role preferred1+ years of experience in a clinical setting preferred, charge and/or preceptor experience are a plus1+ years of experience in a clinical setting and/or travel experience is a plus!BenefitsPaid vacation & sick time, paid family leave, and flexible work hoursEmployer-paid health insurance, vision, and dentalEmployer-paid life insuranceMonthly cell phone reimbursementEmployer-sponsored 401kVariable compensation planCompany OverviewWorkforce management in healthcare is hard.
