Assist passengers with flight reservations, changes, and cancellations
Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently
Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, policies, and procedures
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline regulations and industry trends
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse customers
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with reservation software (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus)
Previous customer service experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
