[Remote] Airline Project Manager #979651

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dexian is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager with airline experience to manage an API Management Platform Integration project. The role requires hands-on project management, focusing on enterprise platform migration and application development, while maintaining close communication with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Responsibilities • Must have enterprise project management + AIRLINE + Enterprise platform migration experience + Application Development focused with Infrastructure knowledge. • This is a Sr PROJECT Manager who can be at the PROGRAM level. This requires hands-on work as well as strategic oversight of the enterprise program. • We cannot hire a Portfolio Manager or Program Manager who focuses on managing direct reports -- this is NOT a delegator role. This person needs to be hands-on. • Sr PM who has owned an enterprise platform migration • AIRLINE experience in a relevant role • Need technical project/program managers -- someone who can be over a larger program + be in the weeds • Experience with Platform & Infrastructure in the technology stack (i.e. understanding how these two functions between OS, DB, and applications) • My PMs are embedded in technical projects • These are different from the rest of my team that are traditional PMs (not technical and infra focused) -- these are APPLICATION focused • They need to be able to talk the talk with the engineers / developers • They play the conduit between business stakeholders and tech teams • Hold you own w/ leadership but also know when to draw the line • Must have enterprise project management + AIRLINE + Enterprise platform migration experience + Application Development focused with Infrastructure knowledge. • This is a Sr PROJECT Manager who can be in a PROGRAM role.
