Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to higher authorities when necessary.
• Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized service.
• Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the customer service database.
• Stay updated on airline policies, promotions, and industry trends.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service; experience in the airline industry is a strong advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
• Proficient with computers and familiar with customer service software.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work.

Preferred Skills
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with airline reservation systems.
