They are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy machine learning solutions that enhance patient outcomes and clinician workflows.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deploy machine learning models across a range of applications, including predictive analytics, personalization, NLP, and generative AIDesign and optimize ML pipelines for training, evaluation, monitoring, and production deploymentWork closely with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Data teams to translate business and user needs into AI-powered solutionsBuild scalable systems capable of handling large and complex healthcare datasetsEvaluate emerging AI technologies and contribute to the company's long-term AI strategyEnsure models are developed responsibly, with a focus on privacy, security, fairness, and regulatory complianceSkills3+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environmentsStrong proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learnExperience working with LLMs, NLP, generative AI, or recommendation systemsStrong understanding of MLOps, model monitoring, and cloud-based deployment practicesExperience with AWS, GCP, or AzureAbility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsExperience within HealthTech, Digital Health, Mental Health is ESSENTIALFamiliarity with healthcare data standards and privacy regulationsExperience building AI products that directly impact user engagement or clinical outcomesCompany OverviewAt Lumira, we are an executive search firm dedicated to highly specialised market sectors within healthcare and advancing technologies.
