Bamboo Works is seeking an AI Systems & Automation Consultant to support a growing portfolio of businesses in real estate, lending, and SaaS investments. The role involves designing, building, and optimizing AI-powered workflows and systems to enhance operational efficiency across multiple ventures.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows across multiple businesses and projectsAutomate operational, administrative, financial, and customer-facing processesIdentify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation throughout the organizationBuild scalable systems that improve efficiency, consistency, and decision-makingContinuously refine and improve existing automation infrastructureUtilize Claude Code as a primary development and productivity environmentBuild and maintain reusable prompts, agents, workflows, and AI-assisted operating systemsOrganize and manage multiple Claude projects across different businesses and entitiesEstablish best practices around AI governance, documentation, knowledge management, and project architectureBuild AI-powered solutions that automate recurring workflows and operational processesBuild and manage workflows using tools such as: Claude Code, n8n, Make, Zapier, Relevance AI, OpenAI and Anthropic APIsIntegrate systems across CRM platforms, finance tools, document management systems, marketing platforms, and internal operating systemsAnalyze business processes and recommend automation strategies and technology solutionsCreate SOPs, documentation, and implementation plans to support scalabilitySupport the development and automation of a lending platform connecting borrowers and investorsBuild workflows for: KYC and onboarding, Investor onboarding, Deal intake, Loan application processing, Automated document generation, Pipeline management, Reporting and dashboardsSupport the acquisition and optimization of SaaS businesses by: Mapping operational processes, Identifying automation opportunities, Building AI-enabled operating systems, Automating reporting, customer support, and internal workflowsDevelop repeatable frameworks that can be deployed across multiple portfolio companiesSkillsStrong experience building automation systems and workflows (at least 3 years)Advanced proficiency with Claude CodeExperience with AI-assisted development workflowsHands-on experience with n8n and/or similar automation platformsStrong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agent architectureExperience working with APIs, webhooks, and system integrationsStrong systems thinking and process design capabilitiesAbility to build end-to-end automation solutions independentlyExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong written and verbal English communication skillsComfortable understanding and working within financial workflowsComfortable understanding and working within lending processesComfortable understanding and working within business operationsComfortable understanding and working within SaaS business modelsComfortable understanding and working within investment and due diligence processesAble to translate high-level business objectives into practical systems and workflowsExperience in lending, fintech, credit, or financial servicesPrivate equity, venture capital, or investment industry exposureSaaS operations experienceExperience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or PipedrivePython or other programming experienceExperience building AI agents, internal tools, or operational dashboardsConsulting, strategy, or operations backgroundCompany OverviewAt Bamboo Works, we make hiring overseas easy, accessible, and affordable.
