[Remote] AI Systems Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pacer Staffing is seeking a proactive, people-oriented AI Systems Analyst to join their AI enablement team. The role involves supporting, administering, and driving adoption of the AI platform across the organization, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with IT teams to enhance platform capabilities.ResponsibilitiesProvide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to end users, resolving access issues, troubleshooting errors, and answering day-to-day questionsCoordinate with cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and IT support teams to resolve platform and integration issuesAdminister the AI platform, including user account provisioning/deprovisioning, license management, and monitoring usageEvaluate, test, and recommend new platform features and capabilities for adoptionEnable and maintain connectors and integrations, including Microsoft 365 and custom connectorsConduct training and enablement sessions, such as lunch-and-learns, office hours, and one-on-one guidance for non-technical usersSkills5+ years of experience in Application Support, IT Support, Help Desk, or Technical SupportExperience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 user support, ticket management, and troubleshootingStrong proficiency with AI tools and ability to demonstrate practical business use casesExperience with user account provisioning/deprovisioning, license management, and platform administrationAbility to coordinate issue resolution across Cybersecurity, Cloud Infrastructure, and IT Support teamsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and integrationsBenefitsMedicalDentalVision401(k)Company OverviewPacer is minority women owned global IT and professional Services and staffing firm serving Fortune 1000 clients with customized and scalable workforce solutions.
