They are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer who will build and deploy AI-powered tools and automations for internal workflows while collaborating with attorneys and staff to assess needs and scope AI solutions.ResponsibilitiesBuild and deploy AI-powered tools and automations for internal Frost Law workflows using Python and LLM APIsConnect systems using Zapier, Make, or n8n to eliminate manual work across firm operationsDevelop and refine prompt engineering approaches for legal use casesUse no-code and low-code platforms where they're the right tool for the jobMaintain and improve internal AI tooling as the firm's needs evolveTrack emerging AI tools and flag the relevant ones to the team on an ongoing basisWork directly with attorneys and staff to assess needs and scope AI solutionsTranslate technical capabilities into plain-language recommendations that non-technical team members can act onRun training sessions and walkthroughs for internal usersWrite documentation and reference guides people will actually openIdentify where new AI capabilities apply to existing firm challenges and workflowsSkills3–5 years in software development, automation, or AI/ML workWorking proficiency in Python — you use it regularly and can debug it without much helpExperience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)Experience with automation platforms: Zapier, Make, or n8nWorking knowledge of prompt engineeringExperience with no-code/low-code toolsClear communicator — you can walk a non-technical person through a complex system without losing themExperience shipping solutions inside real businesses — places with opinionated stakeholders, legacy processes, and no appetite for disruptionExperience working with or inside a law firmFamiliarity with legal tech platforms (Clio or similar)Experience with RAG systems, vector databases, or AI infrastructureHistory of taking an internal initiative from initial scope through full deploymentCompany OverviewFrost Law provides an array of legal solutions on tax controversy, business litigation, estate planning, and bankruptcy.
