The role involves creating product catalogs, developing shopping scenarios, evaluating AI outputs, and collaborating with teams to enhance AI training datasets. Responsibilities • Design and build realistic digital store environments with structured product assortments • Create and maintain comprehensive product catalogs with high data quality and consistency • Develop diverse shopping scenarios and user prompts reflecting real-world consumer behavior • Evaluate AI-generated outputs using structured rubrics for accuracy and relevance • Analyze model performance, identify gaps, and refine datasets for improvement • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate domain expertise into AI training data • Document workflows, insights, and best practices for simulation-driven model training Skills • Strong experience in e-commerce operations, merchandising, or catalog management • Expertise in product catalog structuring, data normalization, and content creation • Familiarity with AI or LLM prompting, evaluation, or training workflows • Strong analytical thinking with a detail-oriented QA mindset • Deep understanding of consumer behavior and online shopping journeys • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and deliver scalable, high-quality datasets Company Overview • Crossing Hurdles connects skilled professionals with opportunities across leading AI training platforms and high-growth companies.
