[Remote] AI Project Consultant

Morae is seeking an experienced AI Project Consultant to support the development and execution of AI initiatives across multiple client engagements. The role involves project management, AI consulting, stakeholder engagement, and creating compelling presentations for executive-level communication.ResponsibilitiesAssess business opportunities for AI adoption and process automationDevelop AI use cases, implementation roadmaps, and business casesManage AI projects from discovery through deploymentCoordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partnersTrack project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverablesCreate high-quality client-facing presentations, proposals, and strategy decksDevelop AI adoption frameworks, maturity assessments, and business case presentationsTranslate technical concepts into clear executive-level messagingPresent findings, recommendations, and project updates to leadership teamsSupport workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetingsStay current on emerging AI, Generative AI, and automation trendsAdvise clients on AI capabilities, opportunities, risks, and governance considerationsAssist with solution evaluation and vendor assessmentsContribute to thought leadership and AI transformation initiativesSkills5+ years of experience in consulting, project management, digital transformation, or AI-related initiativesStrong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and business applicationsProven experience creating executive presentations, board-level decks, and client deliverablesAdvanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, or equivalent presentation toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong stakeholder management and facilitation experienceAbility to work independently in a remote environmentManagement consulting experienceExperience delivering AI strategy or digital transformation projectsPMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certificationExperience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other AI platformsFamiliarity with cloud-based AI services and enterprise technology environmentsBenefitsRemote opportunity.20 hours per week.4–6-month contract.Flexible working hours.Overtime opportunities available based on project needs.Company OverviewMorae Global Corporation ("Morae") is trusted around the world for the delivery of digital and business solutions for a constantly changing legal industry.
