[Remote] AI Product Engineer

They are seeking an AI Product Engineer to own the delivery of customer-facing AI capabilities, defining product requirements and building solutions on Azure AI Foundry.ResponsibilitiesTranslate customer needs and business goals into clear product requirements, success metrics, and roadmaps for AI featuresDesign, prototype, and implement production-grade AI components and integrations using Python and Azure AI FoundryCollaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, backend/frontend engineers, and design to ensure coherent end-to-end user experiencesLead model lifecycle activities including data preparation, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring to ensure reliability and performanceBuild scalable data pipelines and integrations (SQL/Databricks or other data platforms) to support model training and inferenceInstrument metrics, run experiments (A/B tests), and analyze results to iterate on product and model improvementsEnsure production systems follow best practices for security, observability, and complianceWrite clear documentation, runbooks, and handoffs; support stakeholders and help prioritize technical debtMentor and support other engineers; contribute to hiring, onboarding, and knowledge sharing sessionsSkillsProven experience building and shipping AI/ML-backed product features in a software engineering roleExpert proficiency in Python and experience with ML engineering workflows (data prep, model training, evaluation, deployment)Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry (or equivalent Azure AI services) for building and operationalizing AI solutionsStrong product sense with the ability to frame problems, define success metrics, and balance technical trade-offs against user valueExperience working with data systems and querying languages (SQL) and familiarity with Databricks or similar data platformsExcellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders remotelyComfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment and owning end-to-end deliverablesBachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experiencePrior experience as an AI Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), or Palantir-related roles, familiarity with Palantir Foundry and Agent BricksApplied ML experience, model training at scale, knowledge of Azure ecosystem beyond AI Foundry, and experience with production MLOps and monitoringBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionHSALife and Disability InsurancePTORemote workCompany OverviewCyberCoders is a recruiting firm locating job positions across all industries, including finance, education, engineering and healthcare.
