Acunor is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. The role involves building enterprise-grade AI assistants and applications, collaborating with various teams to ensure scalable AI capabilities aligned with governance and security standards.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop AI-powered assistants, copilots, and autonomous agentsBuild and deploy solutions using Databricks Genie, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and related AI platformsDevelop and optimize applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs)Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and vector search solutionsDesign multi-agent workflows and orchestration frameworksIntegrate AI solutions with enterprise data platforms and business applicationsMonitor AI performance, accuracy, governance, and responsible AI controlsCollaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use casesSupport model evaluation, prompt engineering, and AI solution optimizationMaintain technical documentation and best practicesSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field5+ years of software engineering, machine learning, or AI development experienceHands-on experience with Databricks GenieHands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot StudioHands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)Hands-on experience with AI Agent DevelopmentExperience building enterprise AI applications and conversational AI solutionsStrong Python development skillsExperience with APIs, cloud platforms, and data integrationProperty & Casualty Insurance industry experience is requiredExperience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or other enterprise LLM platformsExperience with RAG, vector databases, and semantic searchKnowledge of MLOps and AI governance frameworksExperience supporting underwriting, claims, policy servicing, or risk operationsCompany OverviewAcunor is an IT management company that offers staffing services including analytics, cloud, digital transformation, and data engineering.
