The AI Engineer will design and implement AI and machine learning models focusing on generative AI and predictive analytics to improve healthcare outcomes and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesFrequent travel may be requiredDesign and develop AI algorithms and systems for clinical applicationsEvaluate and deploy models to address complex problems with multimodal data setsUtilize advanced techniques (deep learning, neural networks, ML algorithms) to generate business insights drive decision-makingAutomate processes and build infrastructure for the AI team and collaboratorsFoster collaboration between Data Scientists, Product Analysts and the wider organizationDrive innovation to scale growth through technology, standardization and optimization, ensuring a gold standard of excellenceSkills5+ years' experience implementing AI / ML machine learning solutionsAbility to travel as neededBachelors / Masters in relevant fields or equivalent experience in designing, building and evaluating Machine Learning systems3+ years' experience with tools such as pytorch/tensorflow, scikit-learn, xgboost or equivalentUnderstanding of MLOps, cloud platforms (Azure / GCP / AWS) and AI toolsetsExperience with data / code pipelines and deploying Machine Learning modelsFamiliarity with LLM-enabled tools (e.g. langchain / llamaindex / haystack / Azure AI studio, vector databases) and retrieval techniquesStrong database skills (SQL, Azure Data Factory, etc.) or Big Data Frameworks (e.g. Hadoop, Spark)Skilled in Software Development best practices (Continuous Integration, Unit/Integration Testing, Code Reviews)Works well independently and in a team-based, fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills7 to 10 YearsMust be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiencesThis is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs requireBachelor's/Master's Degree or Equivalent ExperienceBenefitsAssociate Benefits – We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the physical, emotional, and financial health of you and your family, including healthcare, time off, retirement, and well-being programs.Growth – We invest in your professional development.
