NetSuite is a leading cloud solutions provider, and they are seeking an AI Engineer to design and optimize generative AI solutions for Oracle applications. The role involves developing innovative tools and processes to enhance operational capabilities and ensuring the quality and business value of AI implementations. Responsibilities Evaluate and optimize GenAI solutions (including RAG and agents) Provide analysis and reporting of AI quality and business value, as well as auditing (e.g. bias, prompt injection, guardrails) for customers Develop methods and tools to evaluate, improve, extend, and measure ROI of Oracle AI solutions Design and develop custom AI solutions to optimize and generate efficiencies for business operations Help monetize AI capabilities as managed services Support internal standardization and uptake of generative AI code assist tools Interface with Oracle AI Review (OAR) Board and Corporate Security Solution Assurance Process team to ensure AI and security governance Skills 0 to 2+ years of experience in AI engineering or related field Ability to read, write, and speak English Experience in designing, developing, configuring, evaluating, monitoring, and optimizing generative AI and agent solutions Ability to create processes, tools, and tests for evaluating and optimizing AI responses Experience in developing monetizable services and building revenue streams around AI solutions Ability to maintain close relationships and share information across multiple lines of business Experience in evaluating and optimizing GenAI solutions including RAG and agents Ability to provide analysis and reporting of AI quality and business value Experience in developing methods and tools to evaluate, improve, extend, and measure ROI of AI solutions Ability to design and develop custom AI solutions for business operations Experience in supporting internal standardization and uptake of generative AI code assist tools Ability to interface with Oracle AI Review Board and Corporate Security Solution Assurance Process team Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance, including expert medical opinion Short term disability and long term disability Life insurance and AD&D Supplemental life insurance (Employee/Spouse/Child) Health care and dependent care Flexible Spending Accounts Pre-tax commuter and parking benefits 401(k) Savings and Investment Plan with company match Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
