[Remote] AI Enablement Engineer

The AI Enablement Engineer will partner with commercial and business teams to identify and deploy AI-powered automations, enhancing operational efficiency across Sales, Strategy, and Customer Success teams.ResponsibilitiesMap and analyze workflows with subject matter experts across commercial functions to understand current processes, pain points, and automation opportunitiesIdentify and prioritize manual, repetitive, or error-prone steps that are candidates for automation or eliminationDesign and build automation solutions using Claude skills, plugins, Zapier flows, Forge agents, and scripts tailored to team needsDeploy, maintain, and iterate on solutions based on feedback, ensuring they work reliably and deliver expected valueDocument solutions clearly—what was built, why it was built, and how teams should use it—to support adoption and future updatesLead and mentor a small team while continuing to carry personal projects that demonstrate technical executionSkillsHands-on experience with Claude and Claude CodeFamiliarity with React, Golang, and Python (you'll read and write code in these languages, but not ship production software)Ability to pick up new tools quickly without formal training; technical competency is leveraged for automation and problem-solving, not software engineeringBackground in solutions engineering, technical operations, RevOps, or business analysis with a demonstrable bias toward building and shipping solutionsHistory of breaking down complex workflows and building automations (in any tool or language)Experience working in cross-functional environments with non-technical stakeholdersStrong process thinking: you can ask the right questions to understand *how* work gets done and *why* it mattersComfortable in ambiguity and able to navigate competing priorities without formal hierarchyCollaborative and adaptable; you can partner with business teams while maintaining healthy boundaries around scopeClear communicator who can explain technical solutions to non-technical audiencesGrowth mindset: you view problems as learning opportunities and stay curious about new tools and approachesCompany Overview#Paid is a tech company that connects brands with influencers and content creators to develop and execute engaging social media campaigns.
