The Digital Transformation Process Design Specialist will support the Marketing and Sales teams by leading the design and delivery of a unified digital experience that enhances sales efficiency through AI-driven insights and data analytics.ResponsibilitiesIdentify strategic opportunities leveraging data analytics and AI to design and deliver leading edge digital transformative technology solutions to the Global Marketing and Sales communityCollaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, business users, project managers, IT professionals and digital transformation teams to develop and deliver impactful leading-edge business technology solutionsOwn, drive and participate in various aspects of project management to ensure successful project execution and delivery in order to derive identified business value returnsMake decisions for product iteration and improvement based on data analysisManage project portfolio management activities, assisting to form, manage, track and report on digital roadmap plans and achievementsSkillsBachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Business Analytics or related fields1+ years of work experience in AI product management or delivery of an AI-powered IT applicationDemonstrated product development leadership experience capacity for AI productsIn-depth knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing, and other AI technologiesExperience managing reporting, project cadence, and handling project deliverablesExperience presenting to executives and business stakeholdersProficiency with Agile and Waterfall development methodologiesProficiency with Product Management and Collaboration tools: Figma, Jira, Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, ExcelAbility to translate technical complexity into business valueAbility to communicate across different organizational levelsCultural Competency working across Chinese, American, Desi, European, and South American cultural contexts, ensuring messages are communicated with clarity and tactPMP Certification a plusBilingual skillset in Mandarin and English a plusCompany OverviewLenovo Group is a computer technology company that manufactures personal computers, smartphones, televisions, and wearable devices.
