[Remote] AI Client Experience & Strategy Consultant

Responsibilities • Learn and leverage AI tools and custom solutions to enhance client experiences • Contribute to shaping and informing AI strategy for client engagements • Design and deliver AI-led workshops contextualized to client business needs • Work closely with clients to understand their environment and incorporate insights into tailored content • Create unique, interactive AI experiences that respond dynamically to user input • Develop high-quality written content and deliverables for client projects • Train lawyers and client teams on effective use of AI tools • Coach teams during workshops and confidently 'hold the room' in high-profile sessions • Support HR transformation initiatives and project-based work • Collaborate with stakeholders to align deliverables with strategic objectives • Assist in designing client experiences that integrate AI into their operational context Skills • Background in consulting or client services (legal experience is a plus but not required) • Exposure to AI tools or willingness to learn and apply AI in business contexts • Strong writing and communication skills; ability to synthesize complex ideas • Creative mindset with adaptability and openness to change • Comfortable working independently and guiding client deliverables • Bachelors Degree • Confident facilitator with experience in stakeholder engagement • Open-minded and flexible, with a passion for AI-driven innovation • Skilled at creating immersive client experiences and delivering strategic workshops • Comfortable in a candidate-driven market, demonstrating investment in future-focused solutions Company Overview • It brings the legal skill, market know-how and experience of Traditional Law with the process efficiency, technology and data orientation.
