[Remote] AI + Automations Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Gym Reinforcements is a specialized marketing agency serving group training gyms across the United States. They are seeking a technically elite AI & Automation Specialist to take full ownership of their Concierge Agent Program, managing the tech stack for gym clients and continuously identifying opportunities to automate and improve operations.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Create new subaccounts for gym clients in GHL
ā¢ Complete A2P/10DLC SMS verification for each new account
ā¢ Build and configure client landing pages based on gym brand and offer
ā¢ Set up pipelines, automations, tags, and contact workflows
ā¢ Coordinate directly with gym owners to gather brand assets and campaign details
ā¢ QA all subaccount configurations before going live
ā¢ Set up and configure AI chatbots in AppointWise for each new gym client
ā¢ Customize chatbot prompting to match the gym brand voice, offer, and target audience
ā¢ Integrate the chatbot with the client GHL subaccount
ā¢ Test all chatbot flows and ensure they route conversations correctly
ā¢ Maintain and update chatbots as gym offers or messaging change
ā¢ Connect each client GHL setup to the Hot Prospector dialer system
ā¢ Configure lead routing so inbound leads flow correctly into the call center queue
ā¢ Troubleshoot integration issues between GHL, AppointWise, and Hot Prospector
ā¢ Ensure call center agents have correct data and lead context in Hot Prospector
ā¢ Proactively identify repetitive tasks and inefficiencies across the business
ā¢ Build and deploy automations using tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n
ā¢ Document all automations built and maintain an automation registry
ā¢ Propose AI-powered solutions for sales, fulfillment, and client communication workflows
ā¢ Report findings and recommendations to leadership on a regular cadence
ā¢ Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the Concierge Agent Program
ā¢ Train new hires from other departments on how the concierge program works during onboarding
ā¢ Create and maintain Loom video walkthroughs of all major processes
ā¢ Update training materials whenever tools or workflows change
Skills
ā¢ Strong background in GoHighLevel (everything is built here)
ā¢ Must have experience with A2P verification, building landing pages in GHL and setting up new sub-accounts
ā¢ Strong command of AI tools and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n)
ā¢ Proficiency in building complex, multi-step workflows and integrations
ā¢ Experience working in a marketing agency environment
ā¢ Excellent written English communication for client coordination via Slack and email
ā¢ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
ā¢ AppointWise or other AI chatbot platforms
ā¢ Hot Prospector or similar dialer/CRM tools
ā¢ Background in fitness industry or gym marketing (a plus, not required)
