The role involves implementing automation solutions, managing the company website, and improving SEO to support organic lead generation.ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of GoHighLevel CRM setup, configuration, and ongoing optimizationBuild and maintain automations, workflows, and sales pipelines to improve lead handling and conversionIntegrate Claude AI and other AI tools into daily business processes to improve efficiency and outputSupport AI-driven content creation and marketing automation initiativesManage and update the company website, ensuring accuracy, performance, and usabilityImplement and improve SEO across key pages and content to support organic lead generationSupport paid traffic campaigns and broader digital marketing activities where neededContinuously identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve internal systemsWork directly with the founder to reduce reliance on external agencies and improve in-house capabilityProvide clear, consistent updates on progress, performance, and improvementsSkills3+ years of experience in GoHighLevelHands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and automation workflows (e.g., Zapier, Make.com, or similar)Strong understanding of SEO principlesExperience managing and updating WordPress websitesPractical experience using AI for content creation, systems optimization, and workflow automationAbility to work independently in a remote setup with clear and professional English communicationStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetExperience with Google Ads or other paid traffic channelsBackground in local service-based businesses or lead generation environmentsFamiliarity with CRM architecture, setup, or data migration projectsBasic technical or web development knowledge (HTML, CSS, or similar)Company OverviewAt Bamboo Works, we make hiring overseas easy, accessible, and affordable.
