[Remote] Agriculture Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ZRG Careers is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support a global client in the agriculture and farming industry. This role involves managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple global regions, with a focus on attracting and hiring talent in Latin America, particularly Mexico, Peru, and Chile.ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, and leadership roles across multiple global regionsPartner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and deliver qualified talent pipelinesRecruit talent throughout Mexico, Peru, Chile, and other international markets as neededConduct candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment processesDevelop proactive sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and market mapping techniquesProvide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring landscapesEnsure a positive candidate experience while maintaining timely communication throughout the hiring processCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to navigate country-specific hiring practices and recruitment challengesMaintain accurate applicant tracking and reporting metricsSkills5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in agriculture, agribusiness, life sciences, biotechnology, crop science, food production, or related industriesDemonstrated experience recruiting globally, with direct hiring experience in Mexico, Peru, and Chile strongly preferredStrong understanding of international recruiting practices and cultural considerations across Latin AmericaExperience sourcing technical, scientific, operations, commercial, and leadership talentAbility to work independently in a remote, client-facing environmentStrong stakeholder management and consultative communication skillsProficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern applicant tracking systemsSpanish language proficiencyAgriculture, farming, crop science, seed technology, ag-tech, biotechnology, or life sciences recruitingExperience supporting multinational organizationsPrior experience working in an embedded recruiting, RPO, or consulting environmentCompany OverviewZRG is a global talent advisory firm that is changing the way companies hire and manage talent.
