[Remote] Agile Project Manager

They are seeking an Agile Project Manager to support delivery within a Scrum-based engineering environment and coordinate time-critical internal initiatives that require structured planning and execution.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectivesSupport backlog readiness, sprint capacity planning, and dependency visibility to improve predictability and executionCoach teams on agile practices, continuous improvement, and effective cross-functional collaborationManage selected internal initiatives using a waterfall project approach when timing, scope, governance, or coordination needs require itDefine project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, assumptions, and resource needs for priority initiativesTrack progress across agile delivery and structured projects, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility into status, blockers, and tradeoffsMaintain project documentation, action logs, milestone plans, and reporting artifactsPartner with business and technical stakeholders to align priorities, resolve issues, and support on-time executionSkillsStrong understanding of Scrum principles, agile delivery practices, and iterative planningSolid project management skills, including scope management, timeline planning, risk tracking, and stakeholder communicationAbility to operate effectively in both agile and traditional project delivery modelsExperience defining and monitoring KPIs, delivery metrics, and team health indicatorsStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-throughExcellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teamsComfortable working in Jira, Confluence, and standard project reporting toolsAbility to manage competing priorities and maintain structure in fast-moving environmentsProven experience in an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, or similar roleExperience supporting engineering, platform, data, or technology teams in a Scrum environmentExperience managing internal initiatives that require structured planning, milestone tracking, and deadline managementDemonstrated ability to balance team facilitation with project coordination responsibilitiesExperience using metrics to improve delivery predictability, process efficiency, and accountabilityExperience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, product, operations, and leadershipBenefitsExcellent and affordable medical benefits + non-medical perks including Flexible Paid Time Off and much more!Robust Learning & Development opportunities including over 700+ development courses free to all employeesCompany OverviewIntegriChain is the leading provider of revenue optimization technology and insights for the Pharma industry.
