[Remote] Agile Program Manager

They are seeking an experienced Agile Program Manager to lead Agile delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage stakeholder engagement for digital services initiatives.ResponsibilitiesServe as the accountable Agile Project Manager and primary day-to-day delivery lead for digital services initiativesCoordinate priorities, scope, schedules, resource requirements, and stakeholder expectationsPlan and facilitate Agile delivery across Scrum and Kanban teams, including standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, demos, and retrospectivesCoordinate cross-team dependencies and facilitate Scrum-of-Scrums activities as requiredDevelop and maintain Agile roadmaps, release plans, prioritized backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and definitions of doneManage RAID logs, escalation paths, delivery risks, assumptions, issues, and dependenciesProvide transparent delivery reporting using Jira dashboards, metrics, and stakeholder briefingsCommunicate accomplishments, upcoming work, schedule impacts, and scope considerations to Government stakeholdersEnsure compliance with SDLC/WDLC processes, accessibility requirements, quality gates, and governance standardsCoordinate with QA, security, infrastructure, and technical teams to support successful releasesDrive continuous improvement through retrospectives, SOP development, Agile coaching, and process optimizationCoordinate surge efforts and urgent response activities in high-visibility operational environmentsSkillsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceDemonstrated experience leading Agile delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environmentsStrong proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile collaboration platformsExperience managing risks, issues, dependencies, change management, and stakeholder communicationsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, MS Project, and SharePointAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearanceExperience working effectively with remote and hybrid cross-functional teams and Government stakeholdersRequired certifications: PMP and Agile credentials such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and/or SAFe AgilistExperience supporting Federal digital services, web operations, or public-facing platformsAdvanced SAFe or scaled Agile experience including dependency management and release planningAdvanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence administration and reportingExperience with Miro, Mural, Visio, Lucidchart, and other collaboration and visualization toolsExperience defining and measuring S.M.A.R.T. goals, OKRs, KPIs, and executive reporting dashboardsExperience building reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Workboard, or similar platformsAdditional Agile certifications such as ICAgile Agile Coach, ICP-ACC, A-CSM, or equivalent credentialsExperience establishing PMO governance, templates, standards, and delivery processes across multiple initiativesBenefitsPaid Time Off / Sick LeaveHealth, Dental, and Vision CoverageLife Insurance401(k) Retirement Plan with Company MatchHSA/FSA Spending AccountsLong- and Short-Term DisabilityPet InsuranceWellness Program InitiativesRIVA Flex (Flexible Hours and Hybrid Support, where applicable)Additional Workplace BenefitsCompany OverviewRIVA Solutions, Inc.
