This role focuses on enhancing platform capabilities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in product management and engineering.ResponsibilitiesDefine and Champion the Vision: Establish the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Product platform, ensuring it aligns with the overall company and product goalsIdentify Customer Needs: Deeply understand the user need such as internal product teams, developers, or B2B clients, to determine what services and capabilities are most valuableInnovation: Research market trends, new technologies, and competitors to ensure our business remains cutting-edge and competitiveSystemic Thinking: Prioritize building reusable, scalable, and resilient services, including APIs, data infrastructure, or core microservices, rather than one-off features, focusing on reducing technical debt and increasing organizational efficiencyRoadmap: Own, prioritize, and manage the platform product backlog.
